Issues

HIT-54: Picking - Summary screen, added handlers for lose focus so it is easier to save the multiplier value.

SEY-92: Resolved issue where exception handler would handle costed receipts resulting in a doubled quantity.

TAU-29: Resolved issue where line narratives would not be show when the expanded item was changed due to an item being picked. 

WES-103: Made stockcode check case-insensitive when selecting a order as a particular client has some stockcodes with lower-case letters.
